As a Certified Holistic health coach through IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), Maddy has coached and supported hundreds of women through pre-natal and postpartum, sharing tools, encouragement, and education to help them find their best, individual path, so that both baby and momma are able to thrive during these beautiful seasons.
Her journey started with her own first pregnancy and postpartum experience—she was working long hours, under lots of stress, not taking the best care of herself, and was diagnosed borderline GD. In postpartum, she experienced pre-natal depletion, exhaustion, touches of PPD, and ultimately began to burn-out when giving too much of herself in every area of life. She committed to her self-care, started embracing nutrition, supplementation and fitness habits that allowed her to truly thrive, and found her passion lead her into the IIN program in her second postpartum year (2013).
Since then, she’s helped many women through private coaching, group coaching, talks, nutrition webinars, and more. She’s passionate about encouraging mothers to embrace these busy, exhausting years as a chance to live at their best, for themselves and those they love.
